it's an awesome and outstanding
Love the idea except for the fact it hard to get it to work on a new phone if you get a new phone, since I got a new phone I can't get it to have all the features to load or work on the app even though I load my car onto it , it won't let me have the lock button , start or vehicle check on my new phone and that the main reason I was using the app
I no longer have excess to functions like unlock, lock, auto start..ect. first and last lincoln I'll ever buy, that was a nail in the coffin as they want 1000 dollars to replace modem to have app features back.
Always there. No fuss. No problems
Dealer couldn't install at purchase new. Multiple attempts by me over days to install. Has never worked consistently and has numerous malfunction notices they acknowledge. Love the car but this costly piece of non functioning technology could have been spent more efficiently or on employees.

Update: Talked to Lincoln about lost features and they said all those people who lost features will have to go to dealership and pay around $1000 for new 4G modem to get features back. What a blunder Lincoln just did. That is not what we expected from you Lincoln. I was about to purchase another Lincoln vehicle but not now. Very bad experience with the updated app. Lincoln lost the reputation & they gonna loose the money as well. 👎
With the latest update, I no longer have my vehicle information...tire pressure, location, etc. Very disappointing. Updated to 4 stars due to rapid response of the developer. It is much appreciated. I was able to get the app working by uninstalling and then install again.
